What Are Shellyboo Passports?

Shellyboo Passports are brand new and original little reward cards that grow with you as you care for your Shellyboos and interact with the community!The first time you buy an official Shellyboo you're given a Basic Passport.By completing sweet goals, you unlock many rewards! And when your passport is full, you level up to the Premium tier!

Terms Of Service

Requirements to Adopt• You’ll need a Toyhouse account to receive your new friend.
If you don’t have one yet, I’ll be happy to provide you with a free invite code!• Designs are transferred only to the account you provide at the time of adoption, so be sure it’s the right one.• Make sure to disable WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) on ToyHouse so the Shellyboo's profile doesn't mess up!Adoptions• All original Shellyboos are lovingly adopted through auctions only.
Sometimes, you might find free Shellyboos through special official raffles too!• Payments must be completed within 72 hours of winning.• If there's no response after that, the design will return to auction for 24 more hours. If no new bids are made, it will go to the second-highest bidder.• Holds are allowed for up to 48 hours. If you need a little more time just let me know.• Please don’t delete bids. If you need to retract one, tag me in the comments and be open about it so we can all stay informed.Payments & Refunds• 100% upfront payment is required for all purchases.• Once a design has been delivered, I’m unable to offer refunds.• All Payments are done via PayPal and in USD.• Payment plans are only allowed for purchases over $150 USD and with a 10% fee.
Payment must be done 50% upfront and the other 50% payment during the next 2 months. Then I will send the design.• If a plan isn’t completed, the design will be reposted and no refund will be issued.Reselling, Trading & Gifting• You’re free to resell your Shellyboo, but only for the same price you originally paid.• If you’ve added extra art, you may include its value in your resale price.• Designs can be gifted or traded freely.• Free Shellyboos (from raffles, trades, etc.) cannot be resold on their own under any circumstances.• Please don’t adopt with the intent to quickly resell for profit.Redesigns & Creative Use• You’re welcome to redesign your Shellyboo however your heart desires!
Want to change the outfit, body type, or species (pony, feral, etc)? Go for it, but I
would love if you let me know beforehand.• You can also rename them and change all of their lore/personality.
Every information they come with are just suggestions I wrote to give more depth to the design!• Keeping the original essence is lovely, but not a requirement.• Free Shellyboos have the same creative rights as purchased ones, but may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.• Please keep the credit section on Toyhouse intact and always credit me as the original designer, even when posting art from others.• You can create stories, comics, and personal projects with your Shellyboo as long as they’re non-commercial.• For commercial use (merch, Vtubers, monetized comics, etc.), feel free to reach out so we can chat about a license.Shellyboo Passport System• Upon buying your first official Shellyboo, you will receive a Basic Shellyboo Passport.• Passports can be aesthetically customized, but the ID and Tier must not be edited since I keep track using them.• Only official Shellyboos obtained through purchases are eligible for passport rewards.• I offer small paid edits if you'd like help updating your passport.• Passports may be transferred and be resold at any price, but must always be reported to me with the new ToyHouse username.• Only officially issued passports are valid for rewards and tracking.• If a passport is transferred with completed goals, these do not reset.• The new owner inherits the current status and can only claim the rewards that have not been claimed by the previous owner.• The previous owner will no longer be able to access the benefits of the sold/transferred passport.• Attempting to falsify or duplicate passports will result in a permanent blacklist from all Shellyboo events and adoptions.Ownership and visibility• All transfers, ownership verification, and passport tracking of Shellyboos are exclusively managed through ToyHouse.
Please keep your Shellyboo’s profile visible and updated so I can ensure everything runs smoothly!• Although I respect privacy, it is strongly preferred that your Shellyboo is not kept entirely private.
If you do so, please authorize me so I can still see them.• Passports also must be visible at least by me. So please authorize me if you're planning on putting your passport private.Community Conduct• Severe misconduct and violations to my T.O.S. may result in loss of usage rights and characters/passport revocation.• Theft of designs, art, or lore will result in:

Formal report to Toyhouse admins and other platforms• Backing out of an auction without reason = 1 strike.
3 strikes = permanent blacklist• Strikes include ghosting, unjustified bid retractions, or aggressive behavior. Every case is handled thoughtfully and individually.Miscellaneous• Shellyboo is meant to be a kind and fair universe.
Everyone deserves a Shellyboo, but official owners get the special rewards and event access.• You may request name changes, bio edits, or lore updates at any time — as long as credits remain intact.• Shellyboo is an open species.
Anyone can create one for personal use. You can get a free basic base for designing your own Shellyboo on my Ko-Fi.• I do not permit the use of my designs for anything involving NFTs and AI.• Please do not attempt to look for loopholes or workarounds to bend or break the Terms of Service. All rules are set to ensure fairness and protect everyone’s experience.• Just please don't be rude, weird or do anything offensive with my designs. Shellyboos are not meant to be hateful or problematic characters.
They’re meant to bring comfort, not conflict.• These Terms of Service may and will be updated. Major changes will be announced publicly. Yes, but please let me know in advance and clarify who will hold the Toyhouse file and manage the Passport.

How do I prove a Shellyboo is official?

Ownership is tracked through Toyhouse. So please don’t remove credits, and let me know if you’re updating, or transferring your profile!

Do I receive a passport if I get a Shellyboo for free?

No. Passports are only available to users who officially purchase a Shellyboo. While gifted, traded, or raffle-adopted Shellyboos are valid and loved, they do not come with a passport nor work with passport benefits.
